Europe has some incredibly interesting history, as those of you that have taken a eurocentric history class know. Also, those of you that have taken any history class also know it has some confusing, boring, and messed-up history too. Europe sure is a mixed bag: capitalism, the Industrial Revolution, Nazism, the European Union, geometry, and ideological politics all had their birth here.

Scandinavia - that...growth up there hanging off of Russia - is the cold and bitter region of Europe reportedly filled with warm people. And reindeer.

From the British Isles can be sourced some delicious teas imported from former colonial possessions.

The Iberian Peninsula - basically Spain and Portugal - are right by the Strait of Gibraltar, which connects the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Gibraltar itself is British/Spanish, depending on whom you ask.

France has been the source of at least five different revolutions. Before the French Revolution (you know which one), there were apparently no political ideologies.

Eastern Europe is the home of much confusion itself. Many states are former SSRs or Soviet satellite/buffer states, and some of them collapsed following the disintegration of the USSR in 1991.

Then, there's Greece, which may be one of the few governments in the world in which both neo-Nazis, Stalinists, and liberals have ruled together. Or rather, attempt to rule together. Regardless, they have some excellent foodstuffs.
